| Chapter! The mission of the Central Maryland IAHSP Regional Chapter is to promote the profession and educate on the benefits of Home Staging® services to Real Estate professionals, homeowners and the communities throughout the region. The members of the Central Maryland IRC will demonstrate their dedication to the craft through sound and productive participation in the Chapter. Central Maryland IRC`s is committed to educating and strengthening bonds among our members as well as among our communities. We will meet monthly for business networking and professional development sessions. We will focus on ways to expand Home Staging throughout the Central Maryland region in a professional manner while cultivating business values, ethics and resources. We will listen to the needs of our communities and strive to be a positive reinforcement for those needs. As a smaller chapter we have the unique ability to assist all members with their individual business needs as well. Let us Assist you in TAKING CHARGE OF YOUR SUCCESS! Presently, we do not collect membership dues for our chapter, opting instead to divide chapter expenses as necessary. All members should contribute to the overall well-being of the Chapter by sharing resources and taking responsibility for various tasks or committees, in a mutually respectful and professional manner. CMC will operate in an atmosphere conducive to learning, sharing and networking at all times. To join the Central Maryland IAHSP Regional Chapter: *Must be licensed business owners in the state of Maryland or outlying region and a provider of Home Staging Services. *Must have at least one of the following designations: -Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) -Accredited Staging Professional (ASPM) -ASP Real Estate Professional (ASP RE) *Must be a current member of the International Associated of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), which is $150 annually, and remain in current standing as long as they are members of the Central Maryland Chapter. All members are subject to the Ethic guidelines as provided by IAHSP for participation and business conduct. We welcome new members to join us in our pursuit of excellence.
